TRACEABILITY

The aim of this procedure is to allow the Soc. Agr. ALEPPO to identify in an univocal way and in each step (arrival, manufacturing, storage and shipping) the products on the market.

The finished product is identified, on each sales item, by a label reporting:

  • Company data
  • N. of enrolment BNDOO
  • Product
  • Variety
  • Weight
  • Origin
  • Category
  • Place of Manufacturing
  • Lot
  • Data O.d.c.
  • Operator code

    Lot is made up of the manufacturing date and of homogeneous phytosanitary lot, as reported in the plan below.
